Dr. Brian Pucevich and his surgical assistant, Morgan, were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to others. One bit of feedback, the Dermatological Assoc. of Western PA's website permits patients to login to see their results, but it is not possible to send an email to follow up. For those of us who work full time on weekdays, it's not always convenient to remember to call during business hours, or even during lunch. I don't know about anyone else, but I try to catch up with things after work, or on the weekends.

Dr. Osofsky has a genial personality and is a very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. My husband and I first met him after Thanksgiving 2022 when my husband had a mysterious rash. Our PCP was unable to treat it effectively, but Dr. Osofsky's question was "Have you eaten shitake mushrooms lately?" We contacted our Thanksgiving hostess, and indeed he had eaten shitake mushrooms! Dr. Osofsky looked like a genius to us, and we were grateful for his wisdom and successful treatment.

My experience with the Dr was 5 out of 5 but the woman at the front desk were VERY rude and when I called to make my appointment whoever answered the phone was beyond rude that I almost didn’t come.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Robyn was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything, and was patient with all my questions.

Dr. Brian is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly yet carefully he performed the procedures. His "bedside manner" is excellent and he has a way of giving the patient total confidence in him and in his ability to perform the procedure. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

I had been a patient of Dr. Maria Pucevich for years, and loved her professionalism and meticulous scrutiny as a dermatologist. When she retired, I wanted to stay with a female dermatologist. After a recommendation from my friend, Leslie Pazur, I made an appointment with Dr. Robyn Marszalek. The examination was thorough, professional, and a perfect transition for me from Dr. Maria Pucevich to Dr. Marzalek. I am pleased that I can stay with the same practice.

Dr. Ali is very thorough. My wait time was longer than usual. Both Dr. Ali and the nurse apologized for that. I am glad. I wished the front desk at informed me they were running behind.

I had a rash located from below my knees to my ankles that kept me up two nights in a row from a red burning rash similar to a poison ivy. I called the next morning and Dr. Pucevich made time from his busy schedule to get me in at the end of his day. He medicated the problem and with a day I had total relief. Not only did he solve that problem I mentioned a growth on my chest and he checked it out and immediately took a biopsy. So kudos to Dr. Pucevich.

Dr. Brian kindly agreed to add me on to the end of his day. I was told he’d probably only look at me but he went above and beyond. He removed a small cyst forming on my suture line from a previous Mohs surgery and did a biopsy on a questionable lesion on my leg. I was so pleased and relieved to have that all taken care of in one visit. Kudos to Dr. Brian and his staff!

Front office staff rude Was told I would get a phone call Monday with a "plan" but I had to call the office Thursday and was told I had to consult with my other doctors. I work in the medical field, this is not how it works! Dr. Osofsky does not want himself or his staff to assist patients with commercial insurance, he wants the patients to search for the answers for him! Terrible!!!!

Visit was quick and painless! The Doctor knew exactly what I had from touching a plant and treated me with both a steroid and a cream. He explained in detail how to take the meds so it wouldn’t bother me. Within one day of full meds and cream I noticed a big difference. Within 4 days the rash was almost gone! Highly recommend this facility!

One slight negative was that I had a bandage from a mole slice that was poorly done and realized it had come loose and I had blood down my back and on my clothing when I got home. Dr. Osofsky saw me quickly after I called to report a sore on my lip that wasn't healing. (history of melanoma in situ and basal cell) I really appreciated that he was able to see me within a few days and take care of the problem before it became a bigger issue.

Dr. Pucevich, and his staff, are very professional and kind. I also got a prompt response with my phone calls after surgery for the questions I had. The nurses were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was nervous going in for my surgery but everyone made the experience relaxing and calming. I'd give more than five stars if I could. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first appointment with Dr Osofsky he kept me informed on the procedure he preformed highly recommended.

Procedure was fine although I had 5 days of swelling afterwards with my periorbital area being very distorted

Dr Brian always explains what he is doing & if I have any questions he answers them so I can understand. He also is understanding about any concerns I might have then explains what to look for or explain what it is & why not to worry.

First step in the door and the waiting room was spotless and was greeted professionally and politely. Everyone working there seemed to have a great relationship as a team and my visit was quick and informative.

I got a quick appointment. I went in he looked at this wart like growth on my shoulder, and said it was no big deal. He gave me treatment options. I chose freezing it . He froze it and I came home. It looks like it is healing and time will tell if the thing disappears. It don't get no better than that.

Everything went very well, The only negative was that I had to call back the same day as my Mors surgeryfor some pain medicine. I would suggest that future patients be given a small number of pain pills on the day of their surgery. Mike Zugay

Arrived for a 1545 appt. check in was smooth. I didn't have a long wait to get in to an exam room. Dr O was prompt to keep the 1545 appt. And, was thorough with exam.

Knowledgeable about my problem. I am using the medicine twice a day and seeing some improvement as of 9-28. Prescription says to quit medicine at 8 weeks and tomorrow is fifth week. Is this normal?

I walked in and was nicely greeted by a receptionist who politely handed a mask (I forgot mine...I never wear one anymore once it was determined that the masks don't work). I was checked in and took a seat. I waited about 5 minutes and was taken to an examination room by a very pleasant assistant (nurse?). My wait in the exam room was about another short 5 minutes. The exam was through, and I got a pre-cancerous thing frozen off. The doctor was nice (first time with him) and we had some conversation. I was in and out quickly. All good. Thx.
