Good explanations, and smooth procedure

Dr. Brian Pucevich and his surgical assistant, Morgan, were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to others. One bit of feedback, the Dermatological Assoc. of Western PA's website permits patients to login to see their results, but it is not possible to send an email to follow up. For those of us who work full time on weekdays, it's not always convenient to remember to call during business hours, or even during lunch. I don't know about anyone else, but I try to catch up with things after work, or on the weekends.

Dr. Osofsky has a genial personality and is a very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. My husband and I first met him after Thanksgiving 2022 when my husband had a mysterious rash. Our PCP was unable to treat it effectively, but Dr. Osofsky's question was "Have you eaten shitake mushrooms lately?" We contacted our Thanksgiving hostess, and indeed he had eaten shitake mushrooms! Dr. Osofsky looked like a genius to us, and we were grateful for his wisdom and successful treatment.

My experience with the Dr was 5 out of 5 but the woman at the front desk were VERY rude and when I called to make my appointment whoever answered the phone was beyond rude that I almost didn’t come.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Robyn was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything, and was patient with all my questions.

Dr. Brian is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly yet carefully he performed the procedures. His "bedside manner" is excellent and he has a way of giving the patient total confidence in him and in his ability to perform the procedure. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

The examination was thorough, professional, and a perfect transition for me from Dr. Maria Pucevich to Dr. Marzalek. I am pleased that I can stay with the same practice.

I had a rash located from below my knees to my ankles that kept me up two nights in a row from a red burning rash similar to a poison ivy. I called the next morning and Dr. Pucevich made time from his busy schedule to get me in at the end of his day. He medicated the problem and with a day I had total relief. Not only did he solve that problem I mentioned a growth on my chest and he checked it out and immediately took a biopsy. So kudos to Dr. Pucevich.

Dr. Brian kindly agreed to add me on to the end of his day. I was told he’d probably only look at me but he went above and beyond. He removed a small cyst forming on my suture line from a previous Mohs surgery and did a biopsy on a questionable lesion on my leg. I was so pleased and relieved to have that all taken care of in one visit. Kudos to Dr. Brian and his staff!

Front office staff rude Was told I would get a phone call Monday with a "plan" but I had to call the office Thursday and was told I had to consult with my other doctors. I work in the medical field, this is not how it works! Dr. Osofsky does not want himself or his staff to assist patients with commercial insurance, he wants the patients to search for the answers for him! Terrible!!!!

Visit was quick and painless! The Doctor knew exactly what I had from touching a plant and treated me with both a steroid and a cream. He explained in detail how to take the meds so it wouldn’t bother me. Within one day of full meds and cream I noticed a big difference. Within 4 days the rash was almost gone! Highly recommend this facility!

Office staff was friendly and professional; wait time was reasonable; doctor was friendly and professional. One slight negative was that I had a bandage from a mole slice that was poorly done and realized it had come loose and I had blood down my back and on my clothing when I got home. But I had a positive experience overall

Dr. Osofsky saw me quickly after I called to report a sore on my lip that wasn't healing. (history of melanoma in situ and basal cell) I really appreciated that he was able to see me within a few days and take care of the problem before it became a bigger issue.

Dr O is wonderful. Wait time is minimal and he takes time to listen to your issues. Love this practice.

The doctor reviewed a recent surgery, all went well, and he removed an additional "horn" I had developed since the procedure. Have not heard what the biopsy result was.

Dr. Osofsky was thorough, kind, and took the time to communicate what he was doing and how the process of treating my skin issue would continue, depending on what the biopsy revealed. His assisting nurse was likewise kind and competent, and the follow-up phone contact with the biopsy results was equally competent. I highly recommend this doctor and his practice group.

Dr. Pucevich, and his staff, are very professional and kind. I also got a prompt response with my phone calls after surgery for the questions I had. The nurses were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was nervous going in for my surgery but everyone made the experience relaxing and calming. I'd give more than five stars if I could. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first appointment with Dr Osofsky he kept me informed on the procedure he preformed highly recommended.

Procedure was fine although I had 5 days of swelling afterwards with my periorbital area being very distorted
